Office Manager: Carla Evans

Carla Evans is co-founder and manager of Plaza Dental Group.  She was born and raised on a North Dakota farm, moving to California at 14 years of age.

She is President of Dental Management Concepts, Inc., specializing in dental office management consulting, and implementing computer usage in the dental practice.

The most rewarding aspect of her job as manager of Plaza Dental Group is observing the personal growth of the employees.  She says, “The team is the best anywhere.  They are loyal, dedicated to the service of our patients, and work very well together.  It’s great to see them enjoying what they do at Plaza Dental Group. Every employee here takes pride in delivering quality dental care to the community.”

In addition to managing Plaza Dental Group, Carla is actively involved in the Evergreen/Silver Creek Community.  She is Past President and current Treasurer of the Evergreen Business & Professional Association, and President of the San Jose East Valley Lions Club.

Prior to starting Plaza Dental Group, Carla was Vice President of Rothenberg Information Systems.  While there, she supervised development of customized software for diverse businesses, and supervised the customer service and training department. Software database integration was the specialty of the company.

Carla enjoys living in The Villages retirement community with her husband, Bill Evans. She plays golf when she can fit it into her schedule, and enjoys playing the piano, cooking, sewing, knitting and crocheting.
